  I clearly have severely swollen eyes. Went in and the doctor examined me and gave me prednisone and an eye drop. The issue came back almost immediately after the script ran out. I returned asking for something different. The PA didn’t even examine my eye. He stood about 6 feet from me during the examination and told me I look “normal” to him. Reluctantly, I was given a prescription for an ointment and he said I should use cucumbers for my swollen eye.
  
  If i wanted to go to a spa I would have gone to a spa. I need treatment. I felt rushed and as though the faculty had no regard for me as a patient. I’m probably going to have to go to another urgent care facility or the ER as this issue is clearly not improving.

  It was by far the worst service a person can experience. It’s like they are rushing through the patients. The room was dirty and the nurse was acting like she had the degree. The poor doctor barely listened. I basically gave my money away. When I could have suffered at home and seen my private doctor

  I except to wait when going to an Urgent Care but it would be nice to not have to wait as long just to get checked in. Myself and another person stood there for 15 minutes. Multiple people saw us and never even aknowledged either of us.
