  Dan Hamad helped my mom lease a new Ford Escape a couple weeks ago. She has been driving a Rav4 for years, which she liked but I finally talked her into test driving an Escape. Dan was so helpful through the whole process, we did a lot of the paperwork over text and email after she drove the car, so when her and my dad went to pick it up it was so much easier! My mom isn't great with technology, but we upgraded her to the bigger screen with more options, and Dan sat in the car with her and my dad for almost an hour going over all of the features so she really felt comfortable. My mom keeps telling me how much she loves her new Escape and how smooth the ride is. I don't think she'd like it as much if she didn't have such a great experience getting the car, and if she left without feeling comfortable with all of the features in it. It was a great experience and we highly recommend working with Dan!
