  My wife and I have been working with Hunt Real Estate on both sides of the realty purchasing process (first selling a home, then buying a home), from 2016 to January 8th 2018. Our assigned realtor (Cheryl Given) has been an invaluable asset in the process, and I would honestly say I don't know how we could have accomplished both the sale of our old home and then the purchase of the next without her dedication, hard work and perseverance (our process took us into some unpleasant situations, but Cheryl helped us weather these storms).
  
  We also worked with Hunt Mortgage (also located on site) to find the best financial plan and mortgage for us. They showed us a variety of options for our selection, and walked us through a great many options before we chose a plan. We have now closed on and have begun moving into the home that is very nearly our ideal home, largely thanks to Thomas Ferrara, Donielle Eno, and the rest of the Hunt Mortgage team,
  
  I would recommend Hunt Real Estate ERA and Hunt Mortgage to anyone looking for honest, ethical, and dedicated representation in any realty endeavor.
  
  I mention "ethical" because during the house search, we had the misfortune to have dealings with unethical and incompetent brokers/realtors who represented the sellers of houses we planned to purchase. The fact that we are where we are is a statement about our refusal to do business with them.
