  The answer from the service department to complaints are all the same. These customers have valid complaints and Mr. Bruno does not list solution to their problems : only the same answer for all about how Romano Mercedes wants to satisfy customers. How did you satisfy them? I am planing on buy a MB . Please tell us how you corrected their problem-not about your policy, but what your policy did for these dissatisfied customers. Thank you -will be watching for answer. Please explain $2000 price you gave customer and $218 fix at another dealership? a satisfied customer is great-but satisfying an dissatisfied customer is also very important .As a potential buyer I want to know how you correct wrongs and fix something that goes wrong. At present I am not satisfied with your pat answers to hurt customers. Do you realize how much $$ you lose letting these people go away angry? You should have very few complaints here that you did not make right (if any)- so far I am going somewhere else..
